Christmas Homes Tours

Christmas Homes Tours have been sponsored by the Sealy Area Historical Society several times over the past ten years.  The tours are not held every year.  All tours are hosted by volunteers who give a history of the house and the families that built and have lived in the house.

House built by Daniel Haynes, founder of the Haynes Mattress Factory, built in 1910. 5th & Fowlkes Streets.
Known as the Ripple House. Was originally located at 6th & State Hwy 36. Was moved to its current location at 631 Ward in 2007. Craftsman home built in 1914.
House built in 2006, located at 737 Main Street.
House located at 305 Hardeman.
House located at 627 5th Street.
House located at 403 5th Street.
House built in 1893 by Presley Ward. Located at 613 Ward Street.
House built in 1945. Located at 632 6th Street.
House located at 622 7th Street.
Liedertafel built in 1914. Decorated for Christmas by the Sealy Area Historical Society.
