2018 Ghost Tour

The 2018 Ghost Tour was held on October 27 in downtown Sealy.  The tours began in the newly renovated Studio Blend Gallery & Coffee Shop (the old City Cafe) located at 203 Fowlkes Street.

We reported on ghost activities experienced by multiple people on
numerous occasions in buildings in downtown Sealy.  Paranormal investigators with CPI have been investigating activity in several buildings in downtown Sealy for several months.  The investigators have captured voices and paranormal images during their study of several local sites.  The paranormal investigators explained to tour goers what they types of paranormal experiences that might have on the tour and in their daily lives.

We also heard from the spirits of some of Sealy's early residents including Clara Hillboldt Wittenburg and Harry Nowak.  Clara Wittenburg and her husband, Gus, owned and operated the Wittenburg Saddle store located at 208 Fowlkes Street (currently Wilson Engineering).  Harry Nowak was Sealy's first mayor and was the fire chief for 34 years.  He appeared in the old Sealy Fire Station, also located on Fowlkes Street.

Tours lasted 1 1/2 hours and included a walking segment and a tour by hay ride.
